Download a small SupportCheck file on this device, then import it on another. The file never passes through SupportCheck’s servers.
What is included: your saved action plan and completed steps, watched support records, saved calculation estimates and language choice. Questionnaire answers, names, PPS numbers and contact details are not included.
1. Export this device
Save the transfer file somewhere private. Anyone who receives it could see the names of supports you watched or completed.
2. Import on another device
Select a SupportCheck transfer file. Nothing changes until you review the summary and choose import.
Delete the transfer file after importing if you no longer need it. You can review how SupportCheck handles information on the privacy page.
