Cost Rental homes are generally at least 25% below comparable market rent. They are advertised individually and eligible applicants are chosen by lottery.

What happens next
Homes are advertised by local authorities, Approved Housing Bodies or the Land Development Agency. You apply to each advertised scheme; there is no single permanent national waiting list. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee selection or prove rent affordability.
