Less than €35,000
Base €35,000; household adjustments are capped at 20%.
Entered income is €35,000 below this limit.
Wexford HAP
HAP requires social-housing approval. The council confirms the category and tenancy sustainability.
Homeless HAP may go up to 50% above the limit in Dublin and 35% elsewhere, but only after council approval. Ordinary discretion, four-or-more-child households and landlord top-ups require a direct sustainability assessment.
Approved Housing Bodies
Select local-authority and voluntary/co-operative housing on the same application. Clúid candidates are nominated from the council list.

Homeless or at risk?
The local unit provides assessment, prevention support and the HAP Place Finder route.
