Privacy in plain English
SupportCheck does not require a name, PPS number, address, account or application documents. Public-check answers are not stored as individual case files and are not visible to an employer or council. We use limited anonymous, aggregated statistics to understand which parts of the service are being used. Any free-text AI request is processed under the published privacy notice, with safeguards against using it to make eligibility or health decisions. No official application or decision is made by SupportCheck.
