Rule spnc-2026.2 · effective 2026-01-02 · checked 2026-09-08. Means rules checked 2026-09-20 · Each person's first €200 weekly employee earnings is disregarded. For a couple, each person's half of the combined capital is assessed separately; cash means are shared. The first €30 of personal weekly means does not reduce payment; the balance is applied in €2.50 bands. A basic pension below €2.50 is not payable, even with the age-80 addition.
